68th Narcissus Queen Search
The search for contestants for the 68th annual Narcissus Pageant is on.  Qualifications for contestants are:

Moon Festival Celebration
Chinese Chamber and United Chinese Society will be holding the largest Moon Festival Celebration in Hawaii on Friday, September 9, and Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Chinatown Cultural Plaza.  Activities to take place during the Moon Festival will include: Chinese entertainment; Food and Chinese craft booths; Lantern making and parade; Lion dances; Moon cake eating contest;  Moon cake tasting and pairing with Chinese tea MoonCakeTea&DimSumTasting.pdf; and A taste of China.

67th China National Day Celebration
Sponsored by the Chinese Community of Hawaii, the 67th China National Day Celebration will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, 6:00 p.m. at Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant.  It costs $30.00 per person.  There are sponsor tables ranging from $300 to $1,000 levels available.  Please click on the flyer ChinaNationalDayCelebrationFlyer.pdf for more details and contact the Chamber's office at 533-3181 for tickets to the banquet.
